Role: GM-Program Operations Head( candidates from UNICEF, Save the Children or other development sector companies only)

Preference for : Candidates wo have led operations in leading NGOs/ Social Sector/ UNICEF/Save The Children etc

Qualification :
- Post Graduate in Education/ Social Work
- M.Phil or Ph.D will be desirable

Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Program Management:
a. To lead and provide strategic program direction to the core education programs of the group\'s Foundation spread across four program regions which includes:
i. School program, 173 rural schools covering 40,000+ children across six States
ii. Quality Support Program in 800+ Government Schools across 14 States/Union Territories
b. To undertake end to end program, operational, financial planning and supervision. To integrate core national level strategies with regional level program plans.
c. To monitor key program KPIs and budget spent trends, observe major variances and raise flags with Regional Heads
2. Program Expansion:
a. To expand program footprint, develop and negotiate project concept and partnership framework with Govt, work with various Departments, develop financial framework, finalize the partnership framework
3. Stake Holder Engagement (internal & External):
a. To work with other Head of the Departments to ensure effective program implementation and enable required support to ground operations
b. To handle key accounts of high priority projects (Government and Corporate partners)
4. Operational Compliances:
a. To ensure operational, financial and statutory compliances
5. Large Scale Initiative:
a. To lead the development and implementation of program concept to manage Quality Support Program (QSP) at scale to increase the reach of the program at the state/district level.
b. To lead roll-out and monitor program implementation.
c. To develop and lead strategy for policy and advocacy at different levels of Government institutions.
d. To collaborate and manage key relationships with government functionaries and other opinion leaders both inside and outside the education space.
6. Academics:
a. To give leadership direction to academic strategy and effective implementation of education programs in all Government Schools whose are under the Group company
b. To ensure learning level achievement of children for primary, elementary and senior secondary schools.
c. To support and guide the team members in designing and contextualizing curriculum, planning and driving the execution of teachers\' training and defining the framework for ongoing teacher and student assessment and execution of the same.
7. Research & Analytics:
a. To lead end to end rollout and completion of identified researches, both internally and through external agencies.
b. To act as the custodian of entire organizational data, analyze and provide trend and insight into emerging trend.
