We need a 20+experience in IT services, mostly as an enterprise consultant and business leader. Played multiple leadership roles across functions in Product strategy, Business Development, Technology Advisory, and Cloud and Digital functions. Sales and Revenue Targets Preference will be given to candidates working or were associated with TCS, Infosys, Wipro and HCL....

Position: Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a forward-thinking business strategy in alignment with market trends and company goals.

Team Empowerment:

Inspire and lead a talented team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Financial Oversight:

Drive financial success through effective budget management, resource allocation, and revenue growth strategies.

Industry Positioning:

Represent the company in the industry, establishing partnerships and alliances to enhance our market position.

Sales Revenue:

Drive Sales Revenue in US Market for Delivery in India.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CGO or in a senior executive leadership role within the IT industry.

Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies.

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
