: Preschool Franchise Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Preschool Franchise Manager. This role involves closing franchise deals for weeones Preschool across India, with a primary focus on the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the process of closing franchise deals for weeones Preschool across India, with a special focus on Delhi NCR.
• Identify and engage potential franchisees through various channels.
• Conduct presentations and meetings with potential franchisees to explain the benefits of the weeones Preschool franchise.
• Negotiate terms and agreements to secure franchise deals.
• Support franchisees through the onboarding process and ensure they understand operational standards.
• Maintain and update records of franchisee interactions and progress.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the franchise network.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or franchise sector.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the preschool or early childhood education industry.
• Knowledge of franchise operations and management.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
