Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to oversee and optimize the financial operations of our

travel industry business

. This role requires a

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

and a proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, cost control, investment decisions, and ensuring financial stability while adhering to industry-specific regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth in the travel sector.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts to optimize resource allocation.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to

taxation laws, industry regulations, and financial reporting standards

specific to the travel sector.

Revenue & Cost Management:

Oversee pricing strategies, cost control initiatives, and profitability analysis for travel-related services such as airline bookings, hotel partnerships, and tour operations.

Risk & Investment Management:

Evaluate financial risks, investment opportunities, and foreign exchange transactions to enhance financial stability.

Audit & Reporting:

Manage statutory audits, liaise with auditors, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with sales, operations, and vendor management teams to optimize financial performance and streamline payment cycles.

Requirements:

Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

7+ years

of experience in finance, with at least

3 years in the travel industry

Strong understanding of

industry-specific financial regulations, forex transactions, and vendor contracts

Expertise in financial modeling, MIS reporting, and taxation laws Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?3,500,000.00 per year
