Job Description

Treasury Management

v Manage cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital.

v Oversee investments and debt management.

v Engage in Investor and Financier relationship.

v Lead the team for any kind of capital infusion in the organization.

v Prepare Budgets, CMA data, Projections, etc. as per requirements of Financial Institution and Management.

v Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to drive decision-making.

Risk Management

v Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

v Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's assets.

Compliance

v Ensure legal compliance in respect of all applicable laws such as Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, Accounting Standards, PF, ESI, etc.

v Suggest and supervise the implementation of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance and scaling of the business.

Internal Controls & MIS

v Review the company's existing process for evaluation of risks and identification of loose internal controls, suggest and implement requisite changes, if any.

v Supervise the process of defining and documenting the SOPs of work processes.

v Designing, updation and implementation of the Management Information System (MIS) and ensure regular reporting of same.

Book - Keeping

v Overall supervision of Finance & Accounts team.

v Supervise the preparation and conclusion of the financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.

v Final coordination at the senior level of Statutory auditor and Internal auditor.

v Seek help of experts such as Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors, Consultants, etc. as per needs.

v Leadership : Ability to influence and motivate others to perform tasks

v Analytical Thinking : Ability to interpret the macro-economic scenarios affecting the business and the micro factor within the business required for growth and risk mitigation.

v Behavioral Flexibility : Ability to modify personal behavior to react objectively rather than subjectively to accomplish organizational goals

v Communication Skills : Ability to express ideas clearly in words as well as in writing

v Ability to Train : If new technologies or systems are introduced to business, one should be able to train employees.

v Sincerity & Confidentiality

v Strong understanding of finance, valuation, and investment analysis.

v Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth.

v Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, accounting software).

v Preferred Experience: Experience of managing a Venture capital or Private equity or IPO round in the previous organization.
