CFO - Retail/ QSR

A leading Retail client of ours is looking for a CFO, based in Bangalore. We are looking for a candidate with the following experience in leadership roles:

- Responsible for setting financial goals, leading the financial and risk management operations of the organization.

- Collaborate and extensively engage with the CEO and other members of the senior management/Board in creating the strategic roadmap for the organization and long-term value for all stakeholders.

- Ensure financial controls, Monitor the business\'s fiscal performance through MIS, analytics and drive course correction as required.

- Manage capital and decide investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.

- Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and report mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.

- Budgeting & forecasting

- Providing Strategic Business Direction

- Ensure compliance with the law and company\'s policies

- Lead the key initiatives to bring growth capital for the company

- Advise on the financial perspective, cash flows and cost controls of new businesses and contracts.

- Strong relationships with PEs/Banking/FIs with preferred experience in fund-raising

- A detailed JD can be shared with interested candidates.

- Candidates with a CA degree with 18-20 years experience post qualification would be an ideal fit.CA qualified candidates from 1998-2002 batches would be a best fit.

- Candidates must have worked in a leadership, strategic role in Retail/ QSR sector for atleast 15 years.
