A family-owned investment office dedicated to preserving and growing family wealth through a long-term, strategic investment approach. We seek a dynamic and experienced CFO to lead our family office, optimizing investment returns, overseeing risk management, and ensuring alignment with the family's objectives.

Position Summary:

The CFO will be responsible for setting and executing the family office's strategic direction, overseeing investments, and managing all aspects of operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in family office management, wealth preservation, and asset growth, and will bring a strategic mindset to lead and expand the family's investment portfolio. This role requires extensive experience in capital allocation, risk management, and a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of family investment offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the family office's investment strategy, aligning with the family's values and long-term goals.

- Oversee investment portfolio management, including asset allocation, portfolio diversification, and performance monitoring across multiple assets.

- Implement and monitor risk management strategies to safeguard family assets.

- Drive strategic initiatives, including potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and real estate development projects.

- Prepare and present financial reports, performance updates, and strategic insights to family members and board representatives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or similar executive role within a family office, private equity firm, or investment management company.

- Strong knowledge of portfolio management, investment analysis, and capital allocation.

- Demonstrated track record of managing diversified portfolios and achieving strong investment returns.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing relationships with family members and advisors.

- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; CA or CFA or CPA certification is a plus.

- In-depth understanding of the legal, tax, and compliance aspects of family office management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?750,000.00 per month
