Your Responsibilities
• Financial Reporting, planning & analysis.
• Define, review and implement Accounting Policies & Procedures to ensure internal controls.
• Ensuring that all accounting and transaction processing activities are performed with efficiency and integrity.
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, financial forecasting and variances.
• Prepare materials and present, as necessary, financial information to Board of Directors or other committees.
• Provide an update to the management for processes like Accounting, Taxation and Treasury.
• Finalization of books on a monthly/quarterly and yearly basis and presenting reports to Management.
• Preparation of MIS -HR, Collection & Receivables ageing, Revenue & others.
• Managing Payroll and related compliances.
• Manage working capital, prioritization of payment, advances and cash flow.
• Investment scheduling and maintaining fund position.
• Monitor & ensure compliance with Internal and External audits (CAG), review such audit reports and implement recommendations.
• Ensure timely statutory compliances - GST / TDS / Income Tax & Others
• Monitor Structure, Roles, Manning, Cost & Performance.
• Ensure improvement & automation of processes.
• Manages all relationships and communications between company and stakeholders pertaining to financial matters
• Provide financial discipline and business decision support to evaluate long term and short-term strategic business opportunities.
• Exposure to technology and familiarity with managing financial parameters of technology investments and expenditure would be a plus.
• Proven leadership skills
Your Background
• Membership of ICAI with experience of 16 Years, CA is mandatory.
• Master's degree in economics / finance / business will be an added advantage
• Banking experience is an added advantage
• Hands on experience in office productivity tools
• Knowledge ERP systems
• Exposure to the ISMS environment preferred
• Age - within 40-45 years
