• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations.
• Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Establish and manage accounting and financial reporting systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
• Implement cost control measures and improve operational efficiency.
4. Business Growth and Scaling
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Support scaling efforts through resource allocation and investment planning.
5. Performance Monitoring
• Analyze financial performance and key metrics to identify trends and insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track company performance against goals.
• Recommend corrective actions to address financial challenges or deviations.
6. Leadership and Collaboration
