Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Strategy & Leadership:
• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Advise the CEO and executive team on long-term business and financial planning.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.
• Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting processes.
• Financial Operations:
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions.
• Manage cash flow, capital planning, and liquidity management to ensure financial stability.
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
• Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the company is protected against potential financial threats.
• Oversee internal controls, compliance with financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Monitor performance against the budget and provide reports on variances.
• Lead scenario analysis and financial modeling to support business planning.
• Investor Relations:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and financial institutions.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulators.
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for board meetings and investor relations.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
• Ensure continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Qualifications:
• Education: CA, CA-Intern, MBA(Finance)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in senior financial roles, preferably in a publicly traded or high-growth company.
• Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Experience in managing investor relations and fundraising activities.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing finance teams.
