Job Description

• Candidates with CA/ICWA/MBA Finance with minimum 18 -20 years experience in Manufacturing/Engineering companies and having a drive to excel
• Should have experience in Financial Planning and Budgeting
• Should have good experience in developing and introducing internal controls.
• Should be well versed with manufacturing/Plant accounts
• Should have good hands-on experience in Costing and Cost control
• Should have experience handling variance and undertaking variance analysis
• Should have good experience handling all statutory and financial compliances as per various statutory bodies
• Should maintain and oversee financial control and reporting
• Should assess and evaluate financial performance
• Develop, maintain and improve financial control
• Responsible for all statutory compliances.
• Preparation of annual financial statements and capital budget
• Develop and implement operational policies to assist the Management
• Analyze the cost of products and suggestions to the management
• Should be in the age bracket of 45-50 years
• Should be willing to work out of Coimbatore
• Should be experienced in Top Management reporting
