Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) (Additional qualification as CS, MBA, or Ex-Banker preferred)Experience: Strong background in Finance, SEBI regulations, and Treasury operationsAge Preference: 40 - 50 yearsResponsibilities:Deep understanding of SEBI regulations and regulatory compliancesSkilled in raising and handling funds from Banks, NBFCs, and Financial InstitutionsCapable of managing Treasury operations effectivelyProven track record of leadership and financial strategy
