Position: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to oversee and manage all financial aspects of our institution, ensuring sustainable growth and financial stability.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Manage financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Collaborate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive board and other stakeholders.

- Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and fund management.

- Develop policies and procedures to improve financial efficiency and control.

- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.

•Qualifications:•

- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., MBA, CPA, CA).

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the education sector.

- Strong leadership and managerial skills with experience in leading a finance team.

- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and drive financial performance.

•Preferred Skills:•

- Experience in educational institutions or similar non-profit organizations.

- Familiarity with Indian financial regulations and compliance requirements.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
