Job Description
We are looking of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a Manufacturing Company located in Mohali ( Punjab)
Strong Strategic Financial Leadership and Budgeting.
Conduct Financial Reporting and Analysis.
Build Team Leadership and Development.
Ensure Compliance and Risk Management.
Evaluate Mergers and Acquisitions.
Implement Technology and Process Improvement.
Wealth Management.
Portfolio Management.
Financial Advisory.
Qualification: B.com/ M.com/CA/CA inter
Required Candidate profile
10 to 15 years of exp - to look after overall finance & Accounts including Bank Liaising for fresh & Term loan, Treasury & Banking activities, Fund Planning, Capex, Finalization of Accounts, Taxation, Audit, MIS & other commercial activities etc
Salary: 1 lakh to 150000
Location: Mohali (Punjab)
