We are looking for finance Manager job role for one of our client , must have industrial knowledge with team handling.

Responsibilities include :

Financial planning: Creating a financial strategy, budget, and cash flow projections

Financial reporting: Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, tax returns, and shareholder reports

Financial analysis: Analyzing the company's financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and proposing corrective actions

Investment: Deciding where to invest company funds, identifying investment opportunities, and managing mergers and acquisitions

Risk management: Proactively responding to crises and building organizational resilience

Team leadership: Leading and managing the finance team, setting goals, providing feedback, and creating a collaborative work culture

External relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with investors, lenders, and vendors

Compliance: Ensuring financial policies and procedures are in place and adhered to

Education & Experience :

MBA or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.

Master's degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting and financial management practices.

Experience in a senior management position.

Team size- 4 to 5

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
