Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Trivandrum

Position Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting of the company. The CFO will also be responsible for ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability, providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Bring in investors and to explain the methodology to them.

• Manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance; provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk management assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform strategic decisions.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
• Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 15 years experience with atleast 5years of Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?95,000.00 per month
