Chief Financial Officer (cfo)
Job Description
We're looking for a talented finance leader to shape our financial strategy and guide our financial planning and analysis. You'll be responsible for creating financial reports, managing audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining our banking relationships. You'll work closely with our CEO and executive team to make key financial decisions. We need someone with strong finance and management experience.
Responsibilities
• Advise the CEO on financial and tax strategies
• Support and improve our financial planning and analysis efforts
• Manage our cash flow, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare detailed financial statements and reports
• Make sure we comply with all financial laws and regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with our banks
Qualifications
• Strong skills in financial analysis
• 7-10 years of experience in finance
• CPA or MBA is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?3,000,000.00 - ?3,500,000.00 per year
