Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial management and strategy. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
• Provide financial guidance and insights to support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong financial acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong integrity, ethics, and values

Nice to Have:

• Postgraduate degree in finance or business management
• Experience in a similar industry or sector
• Certification in financial planning, accounting, or management (e.g., CMA, CFA)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?765,959.81 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
