Job Summary: Khetan Group of Industries is looking for a CFO to oversee all financial aspects of the group, ensuring fiscal responsibility, strategic growth, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
3. Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
5. Analyse financial performance and provide insights for business improvement.
6. Foster relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
7. Lead M&A and fundraising initiatives.
8. Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth.
Requirements:
1. Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA or Master's degree in Finance
2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
3. Proven track record in financial management, strategy, and planning.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Experience with financial software and systems
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?200,000.00 per month
