Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies for the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives across all companies.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes for Wooden Homes India, The Ark Comfort Resort, Cafe de Voyage, and Kafmar Environmental Services.

Cash Flow & Risk Management: Oversee cash flow management, investment decisions, and identify potential financial risks, ensuring sustainability and profitability.

Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate financial reporting for all group companies, compliant with accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.

Investor & Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions to ensure optimal financial partnerships.

Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership across all companies to drive business decisions and operational efficiencies.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within multi-entity companies or diverse industries.

CA/CPA/MBA in Finance or equivalent.

Expertise in financial analysis, corporate finance law, budgeting, and risk management.

Experience with hospitality, environmental services, construction, and retail sectors is a plus.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, balancing multiple companies and diverse needs.
