Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage cash flow, fund raising, and credit rating processes.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and maintain strong banking relationships.
• Develop strategies for financial control and risk management.
• Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Management of Working Capital to minimize Interest Costs
• Issue of Bonus Shares in Listed Company
Desired Candidate Profile
• 10-20 years of experience in finance leadership roles with a CA+ CS qualification .
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (AS), Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Taxation (Direct & Corporate), Auditing, FEMA matters, Forex management, MIS .
• Proven expertise in handling DGFT issues related to imports/exports.
• Experience on SAP.

Pay: ?2,000,000.00 - ?2,500,000.00 per year
