The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive management team and will report directly to the CEO. The CFO will have primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships, and partnership compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Leadership:

Develop and execute the financial strategy of the company.

Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.

Financial Management:

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Implement and maintain robust financial systems, controls, and processes.

Operational Efficiency:

Manage the finance and accounting teams, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Oversee financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement.

Optimize financial performance through cost management and efficiency improvements.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency and interest rate risks.

Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.

Ensure appropriate insurance coverage is maintained.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.

Lead the company's efforts in fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance activities.

Compliance and Governance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Oversee tax planning and compliance activities.

Maintain an effective internal control environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the IT industry.

Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

Proficient in the use of financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).

In-depth understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?2,500,249.50 - ?4,000,657.97 per year
