: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Patna, Bihar

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 5-6 years of experience to join our team in Patna. The CFO will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning to ensure the company's financial health and growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to manage financial risks, improve profitability, and collaborate with senior leadership for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with local and national financial regulations and standards.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and support decision-making.
• Lead the finance team, mentoring and developing staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5-6 years of experience in financial management or similar roles.
• Proficient in financial software and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
