Travanco is an active member of Sa- Dhan, one of the two RBI recognized \'Self Regulatory organization\' (SRO) which has been undertaking various development activities aimed at providing an inclusive and sustainable society.We\'ve implemented a new initiative within our organizational structure aimed at providing financial, technological, and practical assistance to 100,000 marginalized farmers, resulting in a threefold increase in their income. Our immediate objective is to extend this support to 60,000 marginal farmers this year through a microfinance model with other endeavours in the Agri Field We seek a seasoned professional with a track record of serving as a CFO in an NBFC with a turnover ranging from 600 to 700 crores and who has actively contributed to achieving this successful outcome.We are currently in the process of acquiring an NBFC firm as a subsidiary company to extend our operations both within and beyond state boundaries. This expansion involves creating a new vertical within our existing structure, allowing us to penetrate the current market more effectively and establish ourselves as a key performer in the sector. Position Overview: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a pivotal executive role within an NBFC, responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations, strategies, and health of the organization. The CFO ensures robust financial planning, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management, supporting the company\'s growth and long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy and Planning: \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives. \xc2\xb7 Provide financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision-making. \xc2\xb7 Analyze financial performance and provide insights to the executive team. Financial Management and Reporting: \xc2\xb7 Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports. \xc2\xb7 Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. \xc2\xb7 Manage financial controls and accounting procedures. Risk Management: \xc2\xb7 Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Ensure adequate insurance coverage and manage investment risks. Capital Management: \xc2\xb7 Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s capital structure, including debt and equity financing. \xc2\xb7 Oversee fundraising activities and investor relations. \xc2\xb7 Optimize the allocation of financial resources. Compliance and Governance: \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements. \xc2\xb7 Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and auditors. \xc2\xb7 Implement and oversee corporate governance practices. Skills: \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in financial software and systems. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial standards. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
