ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLeading Financial Reporting & Compliance, Controllership and Business Finance. As Finance Head, the responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end finance operations, tax compliances, financial planning and analysis, regulatory compliances, risk management and business finance while looking to make improvements to procedures and controls. You will be a leader who will not only manage the overall finance function of GoQuest Media, but will also be coordinating with group-level commercial and legal teams for various reportings and compliances.What will you be accountable for?Finance & AccountingMeasure, monitor, and report on deal metrics, including items such as discounting and pricing practices, taxation, etc.Drive effective operations within the organization to reduce bill processing TAT.Financial Reporting: Ensure preparation and presentation of financial reports to Management.Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing them effectively.Liquidity Management: Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.Business Operations & Partnering: Closely work with the business function right from Order to Cash and Procure to Pay and ability to solve the problems to ensure smooth business operations.Commercial Discussion and Negotiation: Engage in commercial discussion and negotiation.Engage in debt and equity fund raising initiatives from financial institutions.Develop financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and monitoring indicators. Initiate corrective actions and minimize the impact of variances.Contribute to the attainment of the company\'s goals, objectives, business growth and expansion by providing strategic financial models and developing necessary financial policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management and controls of the business.Who will this role report to?Co-Founder -Will this role own functions or lead teams.
