Job Title Chief Executive Officer (CEO) :-

:

We are seeking a dynamic experienced Chief Executive (CEO) to lead the establishment and expansion of a centres across India. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business, from strategic planning and financial management to operational execution and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to establish and grow a successful our Product ( tmt ,hr coil ,strip,billet, pipe) centres in various locations across India.
• Lead the planning development, and implementation of all business operations, including marketing sales, finance and human resources.
• Build and manage a high - performance team of professionals, providing leadership, guidance and support to achieve business goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners suppliers and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to healthcare services, business operations and employee safety.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, customer service excellence, and quality assurance standards.
• Develop and manage the budget, financial plans, and performance metrics to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the business.
• Represent the company in public events, industry conferences, and media engagements to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical practices, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability in all business operations.

Qualifications:

• CA , MBA ,BBA ,

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or senior executive in the Power or steel industry, with a successful track record of leading and growing businesses..
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision making skills.
• Excellent leadership abilities, communication skills and team building capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a high level of adaptability and resilience.

Salary : As per industry standard.
