Roles & Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to manage fastest growing restaurant chains in India which is one of the most successful casual dining restaurant chains in India growing rapidly in major cities.

A broad experience of Indian restaurant chains /hospitality industry that would like to progress like CEO of the company . The role will encompass the following responsibilities:

To set up the guest relations and review continuously

To drive employees staff to satisfy the guest satisfaction.

Manage the 711 group of hotel's in Mumbai and make it growth oriented Organization

Push the culture of the continuous improvement of the quality, guest satisfaction, processes and services

To be legally responsible of the company & adhere health safety of the employees, guest across the Organization.

Responsible for P&L , Sales Budget overall expenditure of Organisation.

Essentially, the candidate must possess the following:

Experience in the restaurant chains /hospitality industry.

To be able to understand the guest needs .

He /she able to understand the key performance indicators of a growth with quality & profitability of the company

Leader with good decision making ability and pro active in business approach.

Motivate people & manage management expectations with good relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?100,000.00 per month
