Location - Jodhpur (Rajasthan)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Vision and Strategy: Developing and implementing engineering strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Leadership: Leading the engineering team, providing direction, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Project Oversight: Overseeing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Resource Management: Allocating resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Design and Review: Reviewing and approving engineering designs, plans, and specifications.
Problem-Solving: Addressing complex technical challenges and providing innovative solutions.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring all engineering work adheres to industry standards and best practices.
Compliance: Ensuring all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes and environmental laws.
Safety Protocols: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?1,200,000.00 per year
