Job Responsibilities Documents Handling: Compliances related to School administration, like drafting any agreements, School affiliations, Record & Register keeping for (people and property) etc. Recruitment: Recruiting and training all support admin personal and allocate responsibilities for optimum usage of people\xe2\x80\x99s resources. Event management \xe2\x80\x93 Planning and execution of any in house or external events with detail coordination and team work. Man power Management: Using ground level manpower resources optimally. Guide and building the awareness to team like Housekeeping, Transport etc. for proper functioning of the institution. Review System : Develop, implement and monitor the operational process including the analysis of the key metrics as planned and review them with necessary changes. Facilities Management: Overseeing and channelizing the maintenance and development of school facilities and proper optimum utilization of campus infrastructure. Training and Workshops: Need to attend trainings or workshops related in support to academics team and facilitate the teaching staff about the importance of trainings as and when necessary. Vendor Management: Identifying and analyzing the need of the products for the institution inclusive of quality and pricing. Community Engagement: Collaborate with the staff and stakeholders to build strong educational partnerships and support student success if required. Security Management: Assessing the risk for the school infrastructure which includes safety against theft, fire and burglary. Budget Management: Oversee the financial resources, budgeting and allocation of funds to support educational initiatives. Academic Profile Any graduate or postgraduate. Skill Set Being Proactive - To take charge of any situation and having a better outcome. Decision making and Prioritization - Should be able to make decisions independently based on the situation and prioritize accordingly. Being adaptable and flexible for change in plan/request - Should be able to consider for any last-minute change in plan/ request. Multitasking - Capable of handling multiple requests, distribution of workload and execution within the time frame. Negotiating skills - Bargaining and find similar service/product that provides value for money. Relationship management- (Internal \xe2\x80\x93Staff at all levels and External with vendor and service providers). IT Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Need to be tech savvy on basic computer applications and understand how and where to use the specific applications as and when required.
