Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of interior designers and project managers to execute end to end projects
• Develop and drive architectural designs and concepts for new and existing projects.
• Guide and mentor design and project teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, operations team, management, external vendors and stakeholders.
• Oversee detailed plans and drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure design integrity and compliance.
• Incorporate flexible layouts, ergonomic designs, and modern aesthetics.
• Ensure project completion within budget, negotiate on BoQ and finalise the same within stipulated timeline
