Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures in alignment with the school's educational objectives and Cambridge International guidelines. Assist the Chairperson and Board in long-term strategic planning for the growth and development of the school. Lead administrative staff, ensuring roles and responsibilities are well-defined and aligned with school goals.
Human Resource Management Manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of administrative and support staff. Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment for all school employees. Implement professional development initiatives for administrative staff.
School Operations & Compliance Oversee daily administrative operations including admissions, student records, facility management, and logistics. Ensure compliance with local education regulations, Cambridge International standards, and other relevant legal requirements. Work closely with the academic team to support the curriculum, ensuring all administrative processes contribute to an optimal educational experience.
Financial Oversigh t Work with the finance department to prepare and oversee the school's budget, including forecasting, planning, and financial reporting. Ensure efficient use of resources and maintain financial health through cost-effective operations. Approve purchases, contracts, and expenditures in line with budgetary goals
Facilities & Resource Management Manage and maintain school infrastructure, ensuring a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment. Oversee the upkeep of classrooms, offices, recreational spaces, and other facilities. Lead efforts in upgrading and maintaining educational technology and resources.
Stakeholder Communication & Engagement Serve as a key point of contact for parents, Cambridge International representatives, and regulatory bodies. Ensure clear, transparent communication across all school departments and between the school and its community. Address administrative concerns raised by staff, students, and parents, fostering positive relations.
Safety & Risk Management Develop and enforce health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations and international standards. Lead the school's crisis management efforts, ensuring preparedness for emergencies.
Innovation & Process Improvement Continuously assess and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Introduce best practices from other Cambridge-affiliated institutions and adapt them to Little World Learning Center.
