Job description

1. Financial Documentation: o Prepare and verify sales orders, purchase orders, Proforma invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills in coordination with sales teams and under the direction of the Head of Department (HOD). o Ensure proper approvals and maintain accurate documentation for export import, trading, and all business transactions.

2. Coordination & Monitoring: o Work closely with the Store Keeper to ensure timely posting of shipments and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs). o Conduct monthly warehouse stock verifications and resolve discrepancies. o Manage petty cash and address daily operational financial queries.

3. Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: o Prepare and finalize standalone financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets. o Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure accurate bank reconciliations. o Handle bank transactions, salary processing, and expense bookings.

4.Taxation & Compliance: o Manage GST, TDS, and TCS filings, including monthly and annual returns. o Oversee direct tax computations, employee tax returns, and respond to tax notices. o Ensure timely PT payments and compliance with GST and ESIC regulations.

5. Accounting & Auditing: o Manage full-set accounting functions using Tally ERP 9. o Oversee company creation, security management, and statutory audit preparations. o Handle income tax returns, TDS returns, and tax audits.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Expertise in Tally ERP 9, with advanced proficiency in its application for comprehensive financial management.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (Master's degree or professional certification preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Education: UG: B.B. A/ B.M. S - Any Specialization, B. Com - Any Specialization PG: CA - Any Specialization, M. Com - Any Specialization, ICWA (CMA) - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization.
