• Instructional Excellence:

• Implement a structured chess curriculum that caters to students of all skill levels, from beginners learning the basics to intermediate players honing their strategies.
• Provide personalised feedback to students, focusing on improving their chess tactics, game analysis, and understanding of opening principles, middle-game tactics, and endgame strategies.

• Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving:

• Encourage students to think critically about their moves and the consequences of their decisions, fostering a mindset that values strategic planning and foresight.
• Organise and conduct problem-solving sessions that challenge students to solve complex chess puzzles and scenarios, enhancing their analytical skills.

• Tournament Preparation and Participation:

• Prepare students for participation in chess tournaments at various levels, including coaching on etiquette, time management, and competitive strategies.
• Coordinate with chess organisations to host tournaments at the centre, providing students with valuable competitive experience and the opportunity to rank.

• Experience: At least two years of experience teaching chess, with a proven track record of improving student gameplay and strategic understanding.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of chess theory, strategies, and history, coupled with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to inspire students and foster a supportive and challenging learning environment.
• Patience and Creativity: A patient instructor with a creative approach to teaching, capable of making chess an exciting and educational experience for students of all ages.
