Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chess Coach to join school's extracurricular activities team. The Chess Coach will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the game of chess, developing their strategic thinking skills, fostering a love for the game, and preparing them for competitions. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive chess curriculum suitable for students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. 2. Conduct chess lessons and training sessions for individual students and groups, both during school hours and after-school programs. 3. Provide personalized instruction and guidance to help students improve their chess techniques, tactics, and overall game understanding. 4. Organize and oversee chess tournaments, matches, and friendly competitions within the school and with other schools. 5. Mentor and motivate students to develop discipline, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and sportsmanship through chess. 6. Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and parents to promote the chess program and encourage student participation. 7. Stay updated on current trends, strategies, and resources in the world of chess to continuously enhance teaching methods and student learning experiences. 8. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where students feel encouraged to explore and excel in chess

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?500.00 - ?800.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
