• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with clients, answer queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead Management: Generate and follow up on leads through telecalling, manage customer databases, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (such as logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Compile and prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist in analyzing data to optimize sales strategies.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications :
• Experience with telecalling and handling inbound/outbound sales calls.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales coordination or a similar role; experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales-related software.
