We co-create and execute the future vision of 400+ clients with the help of our 44,000+ employees.LEAD ASSOCIATES\xe2\x80\x93 SUBSIDIARY REPORTINGBrief : To handle M-end, Reporting processKey Accountabilities/ Job Responsibilities:1) Preparation of Monthly adjustment journals, uploading Final Trial Balance in HFM and produce Final Reports2) Balance Sheet reconciliations 3) Own Inter-co balances, settlement and processing of charges for respective Business/Entity4) Analytical review of ledger accounts, commentary on variances 5) Strong domain knowledge on GL, Reporting6) Good communication and networking skills to be able to reach out to various stakeholders for obtaining information to process M-end entries 7) Adhere to reasonable operational requests from the management. 8) To be willing to work in all shifts (including nights)PERSON SPECIFICATIONSESSENTIAL DESIRABLEWork Experience (Mention No. of years):\xe2\x80\xa2 The candidate should have min. 3 /6years of Work Experience in GL/M-end process, Inter-company accounting, Reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in service/ BPO industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of complete Trial Balance \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience of relevant industry Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency:\xe2\x80\xa2 Semi-qualified/ Postgraduate/ Graduate in commerce \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Communication Skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management & Oracle \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Capabilities:\xe2\x80\xa2 Domain expertise (Accounting & Reporting)\xe2\x80\xa2 Good communications skills\xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical ability\xe2\x80\xa2 Detail oriented\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.\xe2\x80\xa2 Flexibility to work in different shifts Special Role (Customer Specific Requirement)\xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of the IFRS \xe2\x80\xa2 Financial service industry experienceQualificationsMBA, Semi qualified accountants with relevalant experience
