Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chemistry teacher to teach students of Classes 11 and 12, and to prepare them for competitive exams like JEE and NEET. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the subject, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and a commitment to fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Teaching:
• Deliver engaging and effective lectures on Chemistry topics as per the syllabus for Classes 11 and 12.
• Provide targeted coaching for JEE and NEET Chemistry, focusing on problem-solving strategies, concepts, and exam patterns.
• Lesson Planning:
• Design and implement structured lesson plans, ensuring syllabus coverage and clarity of concepts.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies, including the use of digital tools and resources.
• Student Engagement:
• Foster a positive learning environment to encourage student participation and curiosity.
• Identify and address individual student needs, providing personalized guidance and support.
• Assessment and Feedback:
• Prepare and evaluate periodic tests, assignments, and mock exams to track progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their performance and confidence.
• Resource Development:
• Create high-quality study materials, including notes, practice questions, and revision guides tailored for JEE and NEET preparation.
• Stay updated with changes in exam patterns and syllabus to refine teaching strategies.
• Mentoring:
• Motivate and mentor students to develop a disciplined approach to studies and achieve their goals.
• Maintain open communication with students and parents regarding progress and areas of improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
