Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chemistry Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of chemistry, a commitment to teaching excellence, and the ability to engage and inspire students across undergraduate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in chemistry. Design, update, and manage course materials including syllabi, assignments, and exams. Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, supporting their educational and career aspirations. Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning. Assess and evaluate student performance through various assessment methods. Keep abreast of the latest developments in chemistry and integrate new knowledge into teaching practices. Contribute to the academic community through participation in campus committees and student activities.

Qualifications:

A Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related discipline. Previous teaching experience at the higher education level is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
