Job Description

Having supervision skills to handle labour, manage production and timely packaging and dispatch of finished goods ensuring quality standards.

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules Oversee and coach employees Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance Check production output according to specifications Submit reports on performance and progress Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedures. Introducing heat, light, energy, and chemical catalysts to chemical substances to induce reactions Writing technical papers and reports, and preparing standards and specifications for processes, tests, and products Maintaining laboratory instruments, troubleshooting malfunctions, and purchasing new laboratory supplies. Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedures. Evaluating and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards Bsc/Msc in chemistry

Candidate must be well equipped with White Minerals like Talc,Dolomite,Calcide
