Responsibility

Work closely with Product Management (UOP), in identifying product gaps, work closely with development group to make UOP Digital/Connected solutions to be the industry leader.

Interacts with project teams, customers on need basis along with Product Management

Supports UOP Legacy solutions (Process Monitor) and new PM /PM APPS development and Implementations.

Be a technology evangelist that supports other team members to adopting and implementing technology to improve the application.

Actively contribute to UOP Digital solution product development

Collaborate with other Honeywell tools and explore possible synergy

You Must Have



3 to 6 years of experience in Technical Services, Process Operations, or Design/Basic Engineering role within the Refining, Petrochemical or Gas processing Industry is required.

Experience in Process simulation packages like Aspen, UniSim OR Hysys is recommended.

Strong Microsoft Office Skills in addition to verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

Ability to analyze and solve complex and challenging problems.


Self-driven and always looking to improve on the current best practices or technology offering.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships across disciplines and across the organization.



We Value

Experience in operational/technical service in UOP Licensed Process Technology Units in Refinery/Petrochemical sector such as UOP NHT/CCR/Aromatics/FCC/Hydro-processing/Olefins and Detergents.



Advanced Flow sheeting skills Honeywell UniSim design or Aspen OR Hysys. for unit troubleshooting/optimization.

Basic programming (VBA, Python)



Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

Experience working within an Agile team

Understanding of Agile practices and ability to use Unity/Atlassian tools such as Jira

Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.

Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.

Exposure to UOP Kinetic Models and hands on experience in using the same.

Able to provide ideas for Innovations and Improvements.
