:As the Senior Chemical Characterization Team Lead, you will lead a team responsible for conducting wet-lab analyses and chemical characterization studies to support product development and quality control initiatives.

- Lead and mentor a team of chemists and QC specialists in conducting wet-lab analyses and chemical characterization studies according to project requirements and timelines.
- Oversee HPLC analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, ensuring adherence to established protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate laboratory activities, including sample preparation, instrument calibration, method validation, and data interpretation, to ensure timely completion of analytical projects.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to resolve complex analytical challenges, instrument issues, and out-of-specification results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs, to support product development, process optimization, and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of experimental procedures, results, and observations in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company SOPs.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, advancements in analytical instrumentation, and regulatory updates relevant to chemical characterization and QC testing.
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in analytical chemistry, with expertise in HPLC instrumentation and wet-lab techniques.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams, coordinating laboratory activities, and mentoring junior staff.
- In-depth knowledge of chromatographic principles, method development, validation, and troubleshooting for HPLC analyses.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ICH guidelines), and cGMP standards applicable to pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail in experimental design and data analysis.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
