Technical Expertise and Operations: o Diagnostic Expertise: Highly proficient in diagnosing complex automotive issues using diagnostic tools and techniques. o Repair and Maintenance: Oversee and participate in the repair and maintenance of vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and more. o Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and specifications through rigorous quality control processes. o Advanced Technologies: Stay updated with advancements in automotive technology, including hybrid and electric vehicle systems, and implement new techniques and procedures as needed.
2. Leadership and Team Management: o Team Supervision: Direct a team of technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring efficient workflow. o Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to keep technicians abreast of new technologies, repair techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards. o Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, provide feedback to the Senior's, and implement strategies for improvement.
3. Customer Service: Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns from Service Engineer's promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Service Excellence: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all interactions uphold the reputation of the service department.
