• Should be good knowledge in South Indian dishes of Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Kitchen management: Good knowledge in kitchen operations, and plans and assigns tasks to kitchen staff
• Staff management: Trains new staff, and disciplines underperforming staff
• Menu planning: Follow the menu on times and take the preparations for next days menu.
• Inventory management: Tracks and orders inventory, and ensures the kitchen has the supplies it needs
• Safety and sanitation: Ensures the kitchen & Restaurant is clean and safe, and that staff are following food safety standards
• Equipment maintenance: Monitors and maintains kitchen & restaurant equipment, ensures it's in working order
• Presentation: Plans and directs how food is presented on the plate
• Marketing: Give good presentation to the customer and should be make good relationship with them for future business.
• Crisis management: If facing any issues take the immediate action for that. Don't avoid the issues of customer and staff.
