The Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen operations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Food Preparation and Presentation:
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
• Ensure that all dishes are presented attractively and consistently.
• Menu Development:
• Assist in creating and updating the menu, including daily specials.
• Innovate and introduce new dishes that reflect current food trends and customer preferences.
• Kitchen Management:
• Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Manage kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Inventory and Supplies:
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items.
• Minimize waste and control food costs.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation practices in the kitchen.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Customer Service:
• Interact with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
