This role is CONTRACTUAL .About the role:
As the Chef (food stylist/hand model) for our hands-in-pans cooking videos, you play a key role in preparing and styling recipes on camera while maintaining the TOH brand xe2x80x98s aesthetic. Reporting to the Executive Culinary Director, you use your sound culinary expertise, food styling skills and technical knowledge to bring our high-performing recipes to life on video.About you:

You are collaborative in nature and understand how to work with a team in a fast-paced environment to make content come to life across multiple channels. • You food style on our DIYD (Do-It-Yourself-Delicious) video set working collaboratively with the video producer executing digital content (video footage and still images), meeting daily production goals.
• You style with an accurate representation of Taste of Home recipes that meet our high food photography and video standards.
• You interpret recipes to make solid decisions for your grocery orders and recipe prep instructions.
• You utilize our collaborative web-based platform (Airtable) for production workflows as well as our proprietary recipe management system (RMS).
• You tackle assignments with direction from the Executive Culinary Director, and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.

You have:

• 2+ years proven success professional food styling experience.
• Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to prioritize and organize, consistently meeting deadlines and catching all the details whether working independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Effective communication skills; comfortable accepting and giving constructive feedback in a collaborative environment with a commitment to supporting an evolving, dynamic team.
• Experience with content production and digital asset management tools such as Airtable as well as Microsoft Excel.
