Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Chef proficient in cooking Continental, Chinese, and Street Food cuisines to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, creativity in menu development, and the ability to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes from Continental, Chinese, and Street Food cuisines, ensuring quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
• Develop and create innovative and appealing menus for different meal periods, incorporating diverse flavors and ingredients.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for daily operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, recipes, and food safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events, themed dinners, and promotional menus.
• Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and new ingredients to continually enhance menu offerings and culinary skills.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Continental, Chinese, and Street Food cuisines.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredients specific to each cuisine.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
