As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities:
• Menu Development:
• Create innovative and exciting menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and customer preferences.
• Develop recipes and culinary techniques to deliver unique and memorable dining experiences.
• Collaborate with management to design menus that meet budgetary and dietary requirements.
• Kitchen Management:
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
• Supervise kitchen staff, provide training and guidance, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Food Quality Assurance:
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Conduct regular inspections and tasting sessions to ensure consistency and adherence to recipes.
• Implement quality control measures to address any issues and continuously improve food offerings.
• Customer Experience:
• Work closely with front-of-house staff to coordinate food service and ensure a seamless dining experience for customers.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and strive to exceed expectations in food quality and service.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and dietary needs, and tailor menus accordingly.
• Creativity and Innovation:
• Stay current with culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to inspire creativity and innovation in menu development.
• Experiment with new flavors, ingredients, and cooking methods to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
• Showcase culinary skills and creativity through special events, tasting menus, and promotions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant or catering establishment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong culinary skills and creativity, with a passion for food and cooking.
• Knowledge of diverse cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Commitment to excellence in food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: ?8,173.12 - ?37,795.09 per month
