We are seeking a skilled and passionate Indian Chef to join our Restaurant. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine, creativity in recipe development, and a strong culinary background, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Prepare a wide variety of traditional and modern Indian dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Develop and update menu items to reflect seasonal ingredients and trends while maintaining the core offerings. Oversee the kitchen team and ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards. Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment. Collaborate with the management team to create new dishes and seasonal menus. Ensure consistency and authenticity in flavors, presentation, and portion sizes. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a reputable restaurant or catering establishment. In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques. Creativity and the ability to innovate with traditional recipes. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management. Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus. A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
