Job Description

As a Studio Chef for our dynamic Tattoo Studio, you will be responsible for curating a culinary experience that complements the unique and vibrant atmosphere of our studio.



This role involves crafting a menu of snacks and refreshments while managing the day-to-day operations of a small counter.



We are seeking a skilled and creative chef who can enhance the overall customer experience by providing delicious and visually appealing food offerings.



Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development:

Create a diverse and appealing menu of snacks, soft drinks, and other refreshments that align with the studio's atmosphere and customer preferences.

Consider dietary restrictions and preferences to ensure an inclusive menu.



Food Preparation and Presentation:

Prepare and present food items with an emphasis on quality, flavour, and artistic presentation.

Ensure that all food items meet health and safety standards.



Counter Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the snack counter, including inventory management, restocking, and cleanliness.

Provide excellent customer service, engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner.



Collaboration:

Coordinate with the Tattoo Studio management to align the culinary offerings with the overall brand and customer experience.

Collaborate with the Studio Chef to integrate food and beverage options into special events or promotions.



Cost Control:

Monitor and manage inventory to minimize waste and control costs.

Source ingredients responsibly, balancing quality and affordability.



Adaptability:

Adjust menu items and offerings based on customer feedback, seasonal changes, and emerging trends.

Stay informed about food and beverage trends to keep the menu fresh and appealing.



Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a chef or cook, with a focus on snack and refreshment preparation.

A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Creativity in designing visually appealing and delicious food items.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
