Job Description

As a Chef at our cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining food hygiene standards, and contributing to menu development. You must have expertise in making waffles, momos, milkshakes, and different flavour chicken wings and will play a crucial role in delighting our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

Prepare and cook a variety of waffles (sweet and savory), steamed and fried momos, creamy and innovative milkshakes, and perfectly crispy and spicy Nashville wings.

Menu Development:

Collaborate with the team to create new recipes and seasonal specials.

Quality Control:

Ensure every dish is prepared to perfection, maintaining consistent taste and presentation.

Kitchen Management:

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Customer Interaction:

Occasionally interact with customers for feedback and showcase live cooking (if needed).

Requirements:

Expertise in making waffles, momos, milkshakes, and Nashville wings. Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety standards. Creativity in plating and recipe development. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
